Product description

Deze ronde korstkaas is afkomstig uit Saint-Antoine de Breuilh in Dordogne. Zijn smaak is mild en wordt gecomplementeerd met een pittig accent. Volgens traditioneel gebruik wordt tijdens de 4 wekende durende rijping de korst meerdere malen gewassen. Daardoor ontstaat een mooie oranjeachtige kleur.
